It's time for the Grand Slam of the West! The Indian Wells Open 2025 kicks off on March 5 and runs until March 16 in Indian Wellsanonovo-pg1, California, marking the third of the WTA 1000 series. (More Tennis News)

The Indian Wells Open, also known as the BNP Paribas Open, is one of the most attended tennis tournaments in the world outside the four majors often regarding as the 'Tennis Paradise'.

The Polish start Iga Swiatek won the title last year beating Maria Sakkari 6-4, 6-0 in the final. This year Swiatel will have to defend her title in the field od stars including world No 1 Aryna Sabalenka.

Eyes will be on the 17-year-old Andreeva who is coming with confidence after winning the Dubai Open in February, becoming the youngest to claim a WTA 1000 title.
